We Take Mozy’s Online Backup Product Out for A Test Drive

“Whether it’s business documents and financial records or photos and music, Mozy ensures your digital life will be there when you need it.” Mozy is an online backup service, founded in the year 2005. In October 2007, EMC Corporation acquired the original creators of the product – Berkeley Data Systems along with the Mozy product line for a sum of $76 million. The online backup services of Mozy are available for both Mac and Windows users who can easily manage and secure their data by backing it up to Mozy’s data cloud. Data can be backed up automatically, manually or the users can choose to schedule updates. To cater the needs of different users, Mozy offers two product lines to serve Home and Business users.

Mozy online seems like a great service. Although the pricing that they have is a bit over-priced in my opinion.
